By using the Cypher bot (hereafter referred to as “Cypher”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use Cypher.
2. Description of Service
Cypher is a bot designed to help manage and moderate Discord servers. It can perform various tasks, including banning, kicking, muting users, and logging actions for administrative purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must comply with the rules of the Discord server where Cypher is active. Misuse of Cypher, including attempts to exploit or disrupt the bot’s functionality, is strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that disrupt or harm Cypher, including but not limited to hacking, unauthorized access, or using Cypher for illegal activities.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Cypher at any time, with or without notice. Significant changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cypher is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Cypher.
7. Termination
We may terminate or restrict access to Cypher for users who violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
